Trimass Fashion is like a Trading Unit. It is totally separated from the manufacturing units . Where we focus to give quality service to our customers dedicating more on value addition, product development, design & materials sourcing. It has a set up of 25 peoples by this time who have the capacity to do the detail costing and support the buyer parallel to get the correct price from the factory. They are very much professional & experienced Senior staff like Merchandisers, Quality Control Assurance Team, Technical Support Team and Commercial Team.
The merchandising team follow up the hole process of a file and they have the ultimate idea, expression sound skills and techniques, fabrics and trimming knowledge and right sourcing as well as costing and pricing efficiency.
We always pressurize the Quality Control Assurance team to make sure the quality. Quality Control Assurance team having textile background who are involved from the product development to shipment. They work hand in hand with the merchandisers, fit tech team and buyers manual and QA guideline and follow AQL 2.5. They follow up with the strict time and action calendar day to make sure the goods are on correct fit, quality and shipped on time.
For technical support, we have a number of skill and highly professional textile graduate engineer who’s job is to guide the factory from the selection of the yarns till to finishing of the fabric and guiding the factory in every day’s trouble shooting like as dia, gsm, shrinkage, color bleed, fabrics shade, green line to get the proper fabric, garments’ fit
For in house lab, we have an details lab to cross check both fabric and garment on a daily basis when the INLINE QA are bringing the randomly picked fabric and garments from the production floor. This gives us a comfort level of assurance before we release the goods
We have strong commercial team to follow up the documents and check the documents. As we assure the correct document on time so that customer do not have any problem to release the goods.
